How do I create a store item?

1.  To add an item to the store, click on “Store” on the left side of the page.
2.  Then, click “Add Item” to create the item.
3. You can add the name of the product you would like to add with a description, price, and quantity.
4. If you would like, you can also attach a survey to the store item purchased but you must click “Yes” on the “Ask Questions” tab first.
