Having trouble logging into Givsum? You forgot your password? You didn't realize you already have an account and can't log In? We can help!
1. You can't remember your password? AND/OR You tried to SIGN UP but were told you already have an account? In either case, the best path forward is the following!
- Click HERE to reset your password. (FYI, if you were told you already have an account but don't ever remember creating one, you most likely made a purchase AND/OR volunteered on Givsum at sometime in the past and a secure account was created to hold a record of your purchase. Clicking HERE and reseting your password will activate your secure account.)
- Once you click HERE to reset your password, you will be directed to enter your email. Once entered click "Submit." A reset password link will be delivered to your email.
- Find Password Reset email. Click "CHANGE MY PASSWORD" button.
- Enter your new password and follow prompts.
2. You can't find the reset password email?
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Check you "Spam/Junk" folder
- Check "Promotions" folder
- Do a search for "Givsum"
- Add "Givsum" and "noreply@givsum.com" to your list of SAFE emails and click HERE again to resend a "Reset Password" email.
3. You have received the "Reset Password" email and the "Change My Password" link doesn't work?
- Make sure you are using the most recent delivered "Reset Password" link. Some email providers will stack emails one on top of the next and you may not realize you are clicking an older email link. Be sure to look at the time stamps of the Givsum emails sent to you so you are clicking the link from the most recent sent email.
- The "Reset Password" link may have expired. Click HERE again to send a new link.

5. Don't want to worry about a password? Try ONE CLICK Log In by clicking HERE.
- You will be directed to enter your email. Once entered click "SEND ME THE LINK." A ONE CLICK Log In link will be delivered to your email.
- Find ONE CLICK Log In email. Click the "One Click Sign In To My Account" button.
- You will immediately land on your user Dashboard.
6. You can't find the "ONE CLICK Log In" email?
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Check you "Spam/Junk" folder
- Check "Promotions" folder
- Do a search for "Givsum"
- Add "Givsum" and "noreply@givsum.com" to your list of SAFE emails and click HERE again to resend a "ONE CLICK Log In" email.
