Choosing a Question Type for Survey

Wondering how to know which type of question to choose for my survey?

• Checkbox: This will provide a checkbox for each answer listed for the question (can choose multiple answers).
• Datebox: This will provide a box where the person taking the survey can answer in a mm/dd/yy format.
• Numeric: This will provide a textbox where the person taking the survey can provide an answer in a number form.

• Paragraph: This will provide a textbox where the person taking the survey can answer the question in a paragraph form.

• Radio: This will provide a checkbox for each answer listed for the question (can choose only one answer).

• Dropdown: This will provide a dropdown list of all the possible answers the person taking the survey can choose from.

• Simple Input: This will provide a small textbox where the person taking the survey can type in a short and simple answer, instead of a long paragraph.
